When you recommend us to your friends (henceforth known as “the recruited”), we automatically send them an email where we, on your behalf, ask them to register with Trendybingo.com where they can take part of Trendybingo.net’s offer which applies to you and your friends. By recommending us to your friends with name and email, you allow us to send them up to 12 reminding emails per year. They can at any time tell us to stop the emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” button at the bottommost part of every email. You are responsible for giving correct information concerning your friends name and email address as well your name, email address and Trendybingo-account.
You need have a registered account with Trendybingo.com in order to recruit anyone. If you haven’t made a deposit before you recruit anyone and receive your recruitingbonus, the winnings from your bonus will go to bonus winnings and will not be available for withdrawal. By recruiting a friend, you will receive, corresponding 40% of their first deposit, in your account. The money will automatically to the recruiters account as soon as the recruited makes their first deposit. You can, at the maximum, recruit 100 people and receive £2000 in recruitment bonus. If you wish to recruit more than 100 people, you will have to make a contract with us.
Recruitments sent to people living in Holland, USA and Costa Rica will not be approved as these people cannot play at Trendybingo.com due to government restriction. You cannot recruit anyone under the age of 18. These requests will not be approved. It is not permitted to create more than one account at Trendybingo.com and consequently recruit you.
The recruited has to make a deposit with a credit/debit card issued to the recruited. Recruited customers cannot register from the same IP-address as the recruiter. If Trendybingo.com discovers the same IP-address being used for two accounts or suspects cheating in general, Trendybingo.com has the right to demand a scanned copy of Identification (I.E identification card, passport or drivers license) to insure that two different people are using the service.
Trendybingo.net/Trendybingo.com has the right to refuse a recruitment request and disable both the recruiter’s and the recruited’s account at any point if they suspect fraud and/or breach of these terms or Trendybingos.com’s terms in conjunction with recruitment.
